The hard 1/4 inch pad is for when you need the shortest length stock you can get. Solid hard butt plate.
(Our thin butt pads are designed to work on all of our stocks that use our spacer system so also fits our Varmint, MK5, MK6, Dragunov, and AK47 stocks.)
